ABOUT US
ERS Textile was founded in 2015 in Istanbul by Erhan Palabıyıklı and Serdar Palabıyıklı. Drawing on their family’s longstanding experience in textile manufacturing, the founders brought their expertise into their own brand, establishing ERS Textile.
ERS Textile specializes in both knitted and woven garments for men, women and children. Our product range includes t-shirts, sweatshirts, zip-up tops and jackets, trousers, shorts, knitted and woven swimwear, coats, raincoats and vests.
All key production stages; fabric cutting, sewing, quality control, ironing and packaging are carried out in-house. Our cutting process is performed with the BULLMER PROCUT D80015 fully automated cutting machine to ensure precision and consistency.
Our services include fabric and print research, size chart preparation, initial prototype sampling, SMS collection development and full production through to delivery. Our core strengths lie in innovative product development and R&D, responsive communication and problem-solving, on-time delivery and robust quality management.
Our minimum order quantity is 200 pieces per color. SMS collection lead time is 6–8 weeks, while bulk order lead time is 8–10 weeks.
To better manage the entire process from collection development to product delivery, reduce error rates and shorten sample preparation times, we have initiated full integration of PLM, ERP, CRM and 3D modeling systems.
