Sampling and Model Approval Process
We produce samples in line with our clients’ collections and manage fitting and quality approval processes with great attention to detail. Upon product approval, we initiate preparations for mass production.
Fabric and Accessories Procurement Management
Prior to production, we plan the procurement processes of fabrics and accessories and ensure quality control. All materials are checked before production and dispatched to storage or the production floor accordingly.
Cutting Operations
Approved fabrics are processed in our cutting department according to the production plan. With both automated and manual cutting systems, we ensure precision in measurements and pattern integrity.
Sewing Operations
Cut components are assembled by our experienced team on the production line. With continuous quality checkpoints, we ensure the products progress flawlessly and in accordance with the production schedule.
Ironing and Packing
After the sewing process, products undergo detailed quality checks before being transferred to the ironing and packing department. They are then packed and boxed according to customer specifications, ready for shipment.
Quality Control and Final Inspection
Following in-line quality checks throughout the production, finished garments go through a final inspection by our quality assurance team. Measurements, stitching and product standards are reviewed thoroughly.
Storage and Shipment
Approved products are safely stored in our organized warehouse facilities until their shipment date. Labeling, boxing and loading processes are carried out in line with the delivery schedule.
Logistics and Delivery Operations
We plan our shipments using the most suitable logistics channels, based on client location and requirements. Our operations team oversees all processes including domestic and international shipping.
Supply Chain and Lead Time Management
Every stage of the production process is carried out in accordance with our supply chain and lead time planning. We stay in close communication with our clients, sharing production updates and delivery reports regularly.
