Cut components are assembled by our experienced team on the production line. With continuous quality checkpoints, we ensure the products progress flawlessly and in accordance with the production schedule.
After the sewing process, products undergo detailed quality checks before being transferred to the ironing and packing department. They are then packed and boxed according to customer specifications, ready for shipment.
Following in-line quality checks throughout the production, finished garments go through a final inspection by our quality assurance team. Measurements, stitching and product standards are reviewed thoroughly.
Approved products are safely stored in our organized warehouse facilities until their shipment date. Labeling, boxing and loading processes are carried out in line with the delivery schedule.
We plan our shipments using the most suitable logistics channels, based on client location and requirements. Our operations team oversees all processes including domestic and international shipping.
Every stage of the production process is carried out in accordance with our supply chain and lead time planning. We stay in close communication with our clients, sharing production updates and delivery reports regularly.
